Internet Behavior Consulting, LLC was established in 2003. Directors David Delmonico, Ph.D. and Elizabeth Griffin, MA, LMFT, have over 50+ years combined experience working with problematic sexual behaviors and sexual offense behaviors - both offline and online.

IBC also provides trainings for mental health professionals, probation officers, attorneys, and law enforcement, on issues related to the assessment, management, and treatment of cybersex, sex offenders, and other problematic online sexual behaviors.  Trainings address how issues such as autism, hypersexuality, and posttraumatic stress disorder may influence cyberoffense behavior.  See the Training Services page for more information.
